I’ll start by saying that I do not enjoy exercising at all, but I know it’s good for my health. Thankfully, I met Jarrett. I no longer have to spend an hour and a half in the gym like I used to. He’s a complete gym geek and seriously knows just about everything in the gym. My workouts are much shorter now, yet they produce better results. I just retired and joined a gym. I decided to get a trainer reluctantly. In the past they did not take in consideration age and fitness level. Finding Jarrett was a blessing. He took my age fitness level and back issues into consideration. He took the time to get to know all of the above. We took it slow and in a short period of time I got further than I could have imagined. He is talented takes the time to learn new all the time. I would recommend him and his talent to anyone. Jarrett is a very conscientious and hard working trainer. He always asks up front if we have any area that is bothering us before we start a class. We always do a great warm up and closing stretching session. As we do each exercise, he explains exactly how to do it, how it helps us and why we want to do it and then makes sure we are doing it correctly so as not to hurt ourselves .I would recommend Jarrett if you are looking for an awesome caring trainer! - Cindylu

My name is Jarrett. I'm a certified personal trainer from North Carolina with 10 years of training experience.

As the head trainer of LA Fitness and Anytime Fitness, I helped dozens of women build undeniable strength and lose body fat fast.

Now, I'm an independent virtual coach who can help many more women skip the months of trial and error and feeling lost!

If there is one thing I've learned, it's that not everyone needs a full-time trainer, BUT the right guidance can be the difference between months or years of wasted time and energy!
