You only need 30 minutes per week to learn and then 15 minutes per day to practice.

The exercises can be done at home or in a gym and can be done anytime of day or any day of the week.

Each 15 minute workout will consist of modified exercises that scale in intensity over a few weeks.

Most people are able to maximize their range of motion and move pain free in as little as 3-4 weeks!
