I began working with Jarrett when he was still at LA fitness. I played football in high school but then became sedentary with an office job. I didn’t do more than walk and at home workouts for almost 10 years. I work full time and have 4 kids. After my 50th birthday I had a heart attack scare and knew I needed to get it together. I couldn’t even do 5 push ups when I started. Tying shoes was a nightmare and my back hurt every night. Jarrett was recommended by my son who had been doing his workouts. He helped modify each exercise so I could complete workouts. For me the hardest part has always been pushing myself or knowing when I’ve done enough. Jarrett makes sure to give clear goals for each workout that make it much easier to stay motivated. My name is Jarrett. I'm a certified personal trainer from North Carolina with 10 years of training experience.

As the head trainer of LA Fitness and Anytime Fitness, I helped dozens of men build undeniable strength and lose body fat fast.

Now, I'm an independent virtual coach who can help many more men skip the months of trial and error and take their performance to new levels!

If there is one thing I've learned, it's that not everyone needs a full-time trainer, BUT the right guidance can be the difference between months or years of wasted time and energy!
