You have to believe you are the best
Even if nobody else does
If your pitch is that “it saves you money”
Then you don’t have a pitch
Remember how everyone always turns to the brilliant but weird kid to solve the impossible problem
We are all selling something
Most people’s sales process is just trash
Somebody’s gotta make the decision
And nothing scares some more than decision making
They will think you’re crazy until they think you’re right
If they would see it differently from your perspective
than it is your responsibility to respect the fact that they they cannot help but be wrong temporarily,
so is your duty to be graceful, when correcting others
Some situations, you were going to be wrong no matter what
And they will never be “fair”
And that’s just how life is
It really is amazing how attractive you can be if you work hard and are honest
Some tests can only be endured based on who you are
Not what you have or what’s going on around you
The dude who suspects lost powers will work harder and do better than the dude who doesn’t care
You must remember that underneath all the excess blobs of fat is an imprisoned, spiritual diamond
If a place says they prefer to promote from within, just know that you are about to play politics for a long time
You don’t have to be the best, just one percent faster, better or stronger than your competition

They say speak from the heart and the words will follow
Your willingness to show up even when you don’t understand anything speaks more about your character than anything else
Trying and doing are not the same thing
But kinda seems like it to the unopened eye
Creativity is closely correlated with captivity
